Salary

- - Freshers: 2.05 LPA 4.0 LPA
- - Experienced: Up to 6.5 LPA, depending on experience, skills process

Work Details

- - Working Days: 5 days
- - Shifts: Day shifts US rotational shifts
- - Transportation: 2-way transport up to 30 km for eligible US rotational-shift processes

Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Communicate with customers through voice, chat or email
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach
- Follow company processes, quality standards and performance guidelines
- Mandatory experience in Hospital Billing (HB) or Physician Billing (PB).
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Denial Management.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Perform AR follow-up with US insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.




- Make outbound calls to insurance payers to check claim status and payment updates.
- Identify and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
- Handle denial management, claim corrections, and appeals as required.
- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls as per process requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Understand customer issues and identify appropriate solutions.

Eligibility

- - Freshers and candidates with 0-4 years of experience can apply
- - Good communication skills in English
- - Basic computer knowledge
- - Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- - Willingness to work in day or rotational shifts
- - Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred
