Opening with the client - Leading Investment Banking.

The candidate should be well-versed with the Control Framework with domain expertise in the review of business processes (Finance Processes in Investment Banking).

Experience Required:

· 6 to 8 years of experience in Internal Audit, Level 2 Control Testing and Accounting Domain.

· Preferably a Chartered Accountants, CPA, IFRS ACCA is preferred or CA Inter with relevant expertise with 9 to 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Independently lead planning and scoping of controls review, manage review execution, and support reporting.

2. Engage with senior stakeholders, including Department Heads.

3. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on Business Processes, preferably with an Internal Audit or External Audit background within Investment Banking.

4. Support reviews and delivery management with a hands-on approach. Contribute to local and global initiatives across control Functions to promote operational excellence.

Hands on experience in delivering digital initiatives.

6. Explicit with the role of LOD1, 2 and 3 and R&R; for LOD2

Skills & Knowledge :

- Strong expertise in Investment Banking products ( Forwards, Futures, Options and Swaps), processes, and related applications.
- Well versed with the processes Journal entries, Front to back transactions flow, Inter and Intra Company, IFRS9 etc.
- Solid accounting knowledge with IFRS proficiency.
- Effective analytical skills across tactical and strategic areas.
- Independent decision-maker with persuasive communication and a fact-driven approach.
- Excellent technical interpretation capabilities.
- Experienced in reviewing audit workpapers and guiding teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Robust organizational skills with effective management of timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
