Role Description Educators for all subjects from Nursery to Class 10 are responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and standards. Day-to-day tasks include creating engaging lesson plans, teaching students in classroom settings, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. Educators will collaborate with colleagues on academic activities, participate in staff meetings, and communicate with parents or guardians about student development. Responsibilities also include maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment,



supporting co-curricular initiatives, and following school policies and guidelines. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching to design and deliver effective classroom instruction.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Education and Training to support diverse learning needs and student development.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly with students, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred.
- Experience teaching Nursery to Class 10 students, with the ability to adapt methods to different age groups and learning styles.
- Ability to create an inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom environment, with strong classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches, basic educational technology, and continuous assessment practices.
- Commitment to qualified ethics, continuous learning, and collaboration within a school team.
