Role Description The MBBS Aesthetic Physician will provide in-person consultations for skin and hair concerns, perform clinical assessments, and recommend individualized aesthetic treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed examinations, explaining procedures and expected outcomes, obtaining informed consent, and performing non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as laser procedures, peels, injectables, and other dermatological interventions as per clinic protocols. The physician will monitor treatment progress, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. Collaboration with the clinic’s multidisciplinary team, participation in case discussions,



and ongoing learning about new aesthetic techniques and technologies are expected. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution with valid medical registration; additional certification or fellowship in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic medicine is an advantage.
- Experience in aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers), and other non-surgical skin and hair therapies.
- Solid clinical assessment skills for diagnosing skin and hair conditions and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
- Proficiency in using advanced, USFDA-approved aesthetic equipment and comfort with learning new devices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills to explain procedures, manage expectations, and build long-term patient relationships.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, infection control, and accurate medical documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment and manage a structured full-time schedule on-site.
- Prior experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or hair transplant clinic in an urban setting such as Bengaluru is preferred.
