PrimeTalentBridge is hiring an Area Manager to manage back-office/data-processing operations within an HRO environment for a multinational client.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day back-office operations.
- Lead operations teams and frontline managers.
- Monitor productivity, quality and turnaround time.
- Ensure delivery against agreed service levels.
- Manage staffing, workload and operational capacity.
- Review team and individual performance.
- Resolve escalations and operational issues.
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Maintain appropriate process governance and reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to achieve service objectives.
- Strong experience managing back-office operations.
- HRO or related operations experience preferred.
- Experience managing large transaction-processing teams.
- Strong people-management skills.
- Positive understanding of SLA/KPI-based service delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
