Role Overview

Our multinational client is seeking graduates for insurance back-office operations supporting Life, Annuity and Group Insurance processes. This opportunity is suitable for early-career professionals and graduates with relevant financial or insurance exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Life, Annuity or Group Insurance transactions.
- Review and validate transaction information.
- Maintain accurate processing records.
- Follow documented operating procedures.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
- Identify exceptions and escalate appropriately.
- Support team service-level commitments.
- Graduation is mandatory.




- B.Com or other finance graduates are particularly suitable for entry-level opportunities.
- Up to approximately 24 months of relevant work experience may be considered.
- Prior Life, Annuity or Group Insurance experience is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valuable analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a structured transaction-processing environment.
