We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CSR to support the sales team by managing post-sales coordination and execution. The role will ensure smooth order processing, timely documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams and customers, allowing the sales team to focus on business development and current sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales-related documentation, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain (SCM), and other internal teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely order execution.
- Track order status, deliveries, and pending actions, ensuring timely updates to the sales team.
- Liaise with external customers on order status, documentation, and routine queries, as required.
