Responsibilities :

"• Own the IT CMDB strategy, design, implementation, daily operations, and adoption

- Act as subject matter expert for:
- Configuration Items discovery
- Service mapping
- Hardware Asset management, Software Asset Management, including lifecycle
- Define, maintain, and govern relationships between Configuration Items through automated and manual processes
- Ensure completeness, integrity, and accuracy of CMDB data"

"• Coordinate CMDB implementation with the ServiceNow platform owner and external vendors
- Manage CMDB integrations with third party tools (e.g. Intune, monitoring solution…)
- Define KPIs, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement actions
- Enable and support other ITSM processes, especially Incident and Change Management
- Collaborate with IT Security, IT Enterprise Architecture, External Service Providers, Regional IT,



Finance, and Business Solutions teams
- Drive CMDB adoption internally and externally through communication, documentation, training, procedures, and best practices
- Support Incident Management activities when required"
