Manage API business profitability and budgets.
Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual production budgets.
Coordinate production planning with marketing requirements.
Resolve supply issues and ensure timely deliveries.
Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Identify current API products for development.
Evaluate market potential, product expiry, and business risks.
Prepare business cases and investment proposals.
Monitor new product development timelines.
Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs.Support the Director/CEO in business decisions and change management.
Experience:
5+ years of similar experience in a Chemical/Pharma Manufacturing Company.
Qualification:
Chemical Engineer or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, plus an MBA from a reputed institute.
