About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Ecommerce Executive to manage channel operations across leading marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart). You will play a crucial role in managing catalogs, running promotional events, tracking daily sales performance, and ensuring seamless inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketplace Operations: Manage day-to-day backend operations, ensure accurate product listings, fix catalog errors, and coordinate A+ content.
- Campaign & Promotions: Execute platform deals, sale events, price updates, coupons, and bundles in coordination with account managers.
- Inventory & Fulfillment: Track inventory levels, prevent stock-outs,



and coordinate closely with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth order dispatch and low return rates.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain daily/weekly dashboards tracking sales, traffic, conversion rates, buy-box performance, and competitor pricing trends.
- Quick Commerce Management: Handle catalog availability and promotional execution on quick-commerce channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Hands-on working experience with marketplace seller panels and catalog operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and performance reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple sales channels simultaneously.
- Prior experience working with D2C brands in beauty, skincare, wellness, or FMCG categories is a strong plus.
- Total experience of 3–4 years in e-commerce marketplace management.
