Role Description

The Manager – Employment & Corporate Partnerships will lead NAB Karnataka’s employment initiatives by building strong employer partnerships and creating meaningful career opportunities for persons with visual impairment.

The role will work closely with employers, candidates and training teams to improve candidate readiness, placement outcomes and retention. It will also support organisations in adopting inclusive hiring practices and accessible workplace systems

Corporate Partnerships

• Build and maintain relationships with corporates,



HR leaders, recruitment partners and industry associations.

• Identify suitable organisations and sectors for employing visually impaired candidates.

• Expand NAB Karnataka’s employer network and promote inclusive hiring practices.

Employment and Placements

• Lead the placement strategy for trained candidates.

• Identify suitable opportunities and match candidates with roles based on their skills and interests.

• Track placement outcomes and improve conversion and retention rates.

Employer and Candidate Support

• Conduct employer sensitisation and disability-inclusion sessions.

• Support employers in creating accessible and inclusive workplaces.

• Guide candidates through career counselling, interview preparation, onboarding and post-placement support.

Planning and Reporting

• Coordinate with training teams to assess candidate readiness and skill gaps.

• Maintain employer pipelines and placement dashboards.

• Prepare periodic reports and annual employment plans for leadership.

Qualifications

Essential

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Management, Business, Social Work or a related discipline.

• 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, placements, HR, business development or employment programmes.

• Solid relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to independently manage employer partnerships and placement initiatives.

• Good written and spoken English and Kannada.

Desirable

• Experience in the disability, skilling or social-impact sector.

• Exposure to corporate recruitment or employer partnerships.

• Understanding of inclusive hiring and workplace accessibility.

Compensation: 6-10 LPA
