We’re looking for a hands-on GTM & Growth Lead to build our go-to-market strategy, drive user acquisition, and establish scalable growth channels.

Role Overview

This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys building from scratch, experimenting with growth strategies, and taking ownership of results.

You will work directly with the founder to develop and execute YChat's growth strategy, with a strong focus on social media, community building, college ambassadors, influencer collaborations, and user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute YChat’s go-to-market and user acquisition strategies.
- Drive growth through Instagram, YouTube, influencer marketing, and community-led campaigns.




- Build and manage the college ambassador program.
- Plan referral campaigns and initiatives to increase app adoption and engagement.
- Track user acquisition, activation, retention, and campaign performance.
- Experiment with growth strategies, analyze results, and optimize performance.
- Coordinate with content creators, interns, and other team members to execute campaigns.

Who We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, GTM, or user acquisition.
- Experience with startups, consumer apps, or technology products is preferred.
- Solid understanding of social media marketing, influencer campaigns, and community building.
- Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in an early-stage startup.
- Someone who takes ownership and executes—not just someone who creates strategies.
