Role Description The Architect role (1–2 years of experience) and internship positions at SPAN Associates are full-time, on-site roles based in Bengaluru. Team members support the development of architectural concepts, prepare drawings and 3D models, and assist in detailed design and documentation across various project phases. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with senior architects, contributing to material selection, preparing presentations, and aligning design outputs with client requirements. The role also involves collaborating with consultants, tracking design changes, and helping ensure projects adhere to timelines, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as organizing design documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting schedule and deliverable tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only as they relate to architectural workflows, such as familiarity with design tools, basic scripting, or integrating digital platforms.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong drafting and visualization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; fresh graduates and interns with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
- Robust communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a studio environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes, sustainable design principles, and interest in materials and construction techniques is beneficial.
