Role Description The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Narayana One Health clinic in Bengaluru in an on-site, full-time capacity. This role includes managing patient flow, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and coordinating with medical and administrative teams to deliver efficient, quality care. The Clinic Manager will monitor budgeting and resource utilization, supervise staff schedules, and support compliance with clinical and organizational policies. The role also involves supporting training initiatives,



optimizing clinic processes, and addressing operational issues to maintain a secure, organized, and patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills to manage patient interactions and staff coordination effectively.
- Experience with budgeting and basic financial management to oversee clinic expenses and resource allocation.
- Foundational understanding of healthcare or medicine to collaborate with clinical teams and support care pathways.
- Experience in staff training, mentoring, or team development within a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in clinic or hospital administration, healthcare operations, or similar managerial roles.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with clinic management software, scheduling systems, and basic office IT tools is beneficial.
