- Strong hands-on experience with Nutanix HCI
- Nutanix AHV
- Prism Central / Prism Element
- Nutanix cluster administration and troubleshooting
- VMware vSphere
- VMware ESXi
- VMware vCenter Server
- VM provisioning, migration, snapshots, cloning, and troubleshooting
- HA and cluster management
- Virtualization performance and capacity management
- Infrastructure patching and upgrades

Valuable to Have:

- Nutanix Life Cycle Manager (LCM)
- VMware vMotion / Storage vMotion
- VMware DRS
- Disaster Recovery and backup concepts
- Windows/Linux administration
- Networking and storage fundamentals
- PowerShell or automation exposure
- ITIL-based Incident, Change and Problem Management

Essential:

- Manage, administer, monitor,



and troubleshoot Nutanix HCI and VMware virtualization environments.
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance of virtual infrastructure.
- Manage Nutanix AHV, Prism Central, Prism Element, clusters, storage, and virtual machines.
- Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter Server environments.
- Handle VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, migrations, resource allocation, and capacity management.
- Troubleshoot VM, host, cluster, storage, and performance-related issues.
- Manage high availability, resource optimization, and infrastructure health monitoring.
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities in production environments.
- Coordinate with server, storage, network, backup, and application teams for infrastructure issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure configurations.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
