Job Title: System Integration and Verification Test Engineer

Exp Required: 6 to 9 Years of Experience

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days

Main Responsibilities

Role Description Including Responsibilities and Authorities

Work on system integration and verification testing activities involving Hardware,

Software, Automation, PLC, HMI, SCADA, and networked control systems.

Integrate subsystems developed by different engineering teams and ensure smooth Communication between components.

Develop and execute system integration, verification, and validation plans, test

protocols, and test procedures.

Perform functional, performance, reliability, and regression testing at component,

subsystem, and system levels.

Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues related to hardware, software,

communication interfaces, PLC logic, HMI, and SCADA applications.

Work closely with cross functional teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Software,

Automation, Quality, Manufacturing, and Service teams.

Verify system requirements and ensure product functionality meets customer and

busines s needs.

Configure, integrate, and test Ethernet/IP communication networks and connected

automation devices.

Participate in risk assessments, root cause investigations, and corrective and

preventive action activities.

Create and maintain integration, verif ication, validation, and test documentation in

compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.





Support factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and

investigation of field issues when required.

Experience, Skill Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline.

6 to 9 years of industrial experience in system integration, verification, and testing of

automation and control systems.

Experience in component level, subsystem level, and system level testing, verification, validation, and troubleshooting.

Experience in test planning, test execution, defect tracking, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.

Experience integrating hardware, software, automation, PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems in industrial products or equipment.

Understanding of PLC platforms such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Beckhoff, or equivalent.

Understanding of SCADA, HMI, industrial automation systems, and Ethernet/IP

communication protocols.

Understanding of software hardware interactions and industrial control system architecture.

Experience with requirements management, design documentation, configuration management, and engineering change processes.

Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, or Profinet.

Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), verification and validation processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
