Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a mix of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting logistics services that align with customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality,



and will participate in product and service training to stay updated on company offerings and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to absorb product knowledge quickly and support internal or client-facing training when needed.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
