Role Description The Hairstylist will provide qualified hair services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments aligned with Artisanal Parfum House’s brand and service standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable hairstyles and hair care routines, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment. The role involves collaborating with the team to create cohesive looks that complement the brand’s fragrance and beauty offerings, managing appointment schedules, and supporting retail sales of hair and beauty products.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular interaction with clients and colleagues. The Hairstylist is expected to stay updated on current trends, techniques, and products to deliver high-quality, customized services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including cutting, coloring, blow-drying, and treatment application.
- Candidates should possess foundational Cosmetology knowledge, with formal training or certification from a recognized cosmetology or beauty institute.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to consult with clients, manage expectations, and build lasting relationships.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and a high level of hygiene and safety awareness in all salon procedures.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site full time in Mumbai, collaborate with a team, and adapt to a luxury, brand-focused environment.
- Experience in premium or boutique salons, familiarity with retail product recommendations, and basic knowledge of hair and scalp health are beneficial.
