Role Description The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing leads, and building long-term relationships with customers. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients, presenting product and service offerings, negotiating terms, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery,



and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will also maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities, while regularly reporting performance and market feedback to management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in sales, customer relationship management, and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of customers.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort using CRM tools, basic office software, and data to track leads and performance.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Prior sales experience, especially in Mumbai or similar markets, is an advantage.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
