Role Description This full time Phlebotomist role is based in Mumbai, with primary responsibilities on-site and some tasks that can be completed from home as appropriate. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for performing blood collection procedures, while following strict safety, infection control, and quality standards. Day-to-day duties include verifying patient identity, explaining procedures, preparing equipment, labeling and handling specimens, and ensuring proper documentation for laboratory processing.



The role also involves coordinating with laboratory and clinical staff, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and providing calm, respectful support to patients of all ages.

Qualifications

- DMLT Certificate Mandatory
- Candidates should demonstrate solid laboratory skills and blood collection knowledge
- Candidates should have knowledge of medical terminology and foundational understanding of medicine relevant to blood testing and patient care.
- Candidates should have minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field
- Ability to follow standardized procedures, maintain accurate records, and adhere to infection control and safety guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on patient comfort, confidentiality, and professionalism.
