Role Description The Presentation Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate project concepts, design proposals, and business solutions to internal stakeholders and clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing slide decks, refining visual narratives, aligning presentations with brand guidelines, and collaborating closely with design, sales, and project teams to translate complex information into explicit visual formats. The role involves working with tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, and other design software, preparing client-ready materials, and ensuring consistency in style, layout, and messaging across all presentations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams and participation in meetings to support pitches and project reviews.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in presentation design, including proficiency with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides, and the ability to create visual narratives and structured slide layouts.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software to develop custom visuals, icons, and infographics for presentations.
- Ability to interpret complex information, data, and architectural or project details, and translate them into clear, engaging visual content and storylines.
- Attention to detail in typography, color, alignment, and visual hierarchy, with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with design, sales, and project management teams, incorporating feedback and meeting deadlines.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience in corporate, design, or project-based environments (e.g., architecture, interiors, construction, or engineering) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to fast-paced, client-focused settings.
