Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role based in Mumbai. The Security Guard is responsible for monitoring entry and exit points, verifying authorization, and enforcing security procedures across the facility. Daily tasks include patrolling assigned areas, observing and reporting suspicious activities, managing access control systems, and responding to alarms or incidents in alignment with established protocols. The role also involves interacting with visitors and personnel, providing clear instructions, offering basic customer service support, and maintaining accurate incident and activity logs.



The Security Guard is expected to collaborate with other security team members and follow all safety guidelines and emergency response procedures.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Physical Security skills, including patrolling, surveillance, and incident response.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Security and Private Security skills for managing access control, identity verification, and secure handling of sensitive areas.
- Candidates should possess Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with visitors, employees, and external partners.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency or high-stress situations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting and documentation.
- Basic familiarity with security equipment and monitoring systems (CCTV, access control devices, alarms).
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security certifications or training are an advantage.
