We help coaches improve their business positioning, premium offers, lead generation, sales conversion, team building, and business systems.

Our mentorship programs range from ₹90,000 to ₹5,00,000+.

We are looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer who understands consultative selling and can confidently communicate with fitness entrepreneurs and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one sales consultations with pre-qualified fitness and health coaches.
- Understand prospects' business revenue, challenges, goals, and growth opportunities.
- Sell premium business mentorship and consulting programs.
- Handle objections related to investment, ROI, trust, timing, and affordability.
- Build trust through effective discovery, active listening, and value-based selling.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline through CRM.
- Achieve monthly revenue, cash collection, and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the appointment-setting and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven high-ticket sales experience.
- Previous experience selling coaching, consulting, mentorship, or other premium services.
- Experience closing offers priced at ₹75,000–₹3,00,000 or above.
- Strong understanding of discovery-based and consultative sales.




- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Ability to handle sophisticated objections without relying on discounts or high-pressure tactics.
- Comfortable speaking with founders, entrepreneurs, and experienced fitness coaches.
- Strong CRM management, follow-up discipline, and accountability.

Preferred: Experience selling business coaching, fitness business mentorship, agency services, or digital consulting programs.
