Role Description This is a full time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Delhi, India. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems and services that power LinkedIn-focused growth and lead-generation products. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing scalable APIs, optimizing database interactions, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role also involves reviewing code, improving system performance and reliability, contributing to architectural discussions, and ensuring adherence to secure development practices.



The engineer will participate in agile ceremonies, document technical designs, and support deployment and monitoring of production services.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, building and maintaining production-grade services.
- Proficiency in Programming with at least one modern language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in real-world systems.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and basic cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and take ownership of deliverables.
