ABOUT THE ROLE

Iris Global Services is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage the organization’s finance and accounting function. The role will oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, cash flow, statutory compliance, audits, and financial controls while partnering with senior management on business and financial decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance & Accounting

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and preparation/review of financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and financial controls.

Financial Planning & MIS

• Prepare and review MIS, budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and management reports.

• Conduct budget-versus-actual analysis and provide actionable insights on financial performance.

• Support senior management with financial analysis, business cases, and decision-making.

Audit & Controls

• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

• Strengthen internal financial controls, identify process gaps, and implement corrective actions.

Treasury & Working Capital

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables,



and banking activities.

• Manage banking relationships and ensure adequate liquidity and efficient utilization of funds.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.

• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across finance operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, with strong experience in a managerial role.

• CA preferred.

• Strong knowledge of accounting, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial controls.

• Hands-on experience in financial control, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, working capital, and financial analysis.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Microsoft Navision ERP.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage and develop finance teams.

• Robust ownership and attention to detail with a business-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight reporting deadlines.
