Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily operations on the floor. This position includes supervising service staff, monitoring food and beverage service, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met. The supervisor will coordinate staff schedules, manage table assignments, and support team members in delivering prompt and courteous customer service. The role involves handling guest concerns, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service. The supervisor will also assist with training new staff, monitoring inventory related to service,



and supporting promotional or special events as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and shift management.
- Candidates should possess solid Service Standards and Food Service knowledge, with a focus on quality and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, including managing guest concerns and maintaining a positive guest experience.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Previous experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality supervision is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
