Role Description The Restaurant Cashier at Gola Sizzlers is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandra. The cashier is responsible for greeting guests, processing orders and payments accurately, issuing receipts, and handling cash, card, and digital transactions. Day-to-day tasks include managing the POS system, answering phone calls for inquiries or orders, coordinating with serving staff, and maintaining a clean and orderly cashier counter. The role also involves providing courteous customer service, addressing basic guest questions,



and supporting the front-of-house team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to interact courteously and effectively with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess solid Cash Handling skills, including operating a POS system, managing cash drawers, and reconciling payments accurately.
- Candidates should possess good Phone Etiquette to handle reservation calls, takeaway orders, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess basic Food & Beverage knowledge to guide guests on menu items, combos, and promotions.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a restaurant or retail cashier role, basic math skills, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
