Role Description The Laptop Repair Field Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves visiting customer locations to diagnose laptop issues, perform hardware and software repairs, and carry out routine maintenance. The technician will ensure accurate troubleshooting, replace or repair faulty components, and test devices to confirm proper functioning. Responsibilities also include explaining repair work to customers, providing basic usage and care guidance, maintaining tools and equipment, and updating service records or job tickets. The technician will collaborate with the service coordination team,



follow safety standards, and support a positive customer experience through professional and timely service.
Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for laptops and related equipment.
- Hands-on experience with laptop and appliance repair, including basic hardware and software fixes.
- Proficiency in equipment maintenance, including cleaning, calibration, and safe handling of tools.
- Customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues professionally.
- Clear communication skills for explaining technical issues and repair steps in simple terms.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in electronics, computer hardware, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to travel locally within Delhi, manage multiple service visits per day, and work independently in the field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, commonly used software, and data safety best practices.
- Comfort with using mobile apps or digital tools to track jobs, update status, and record service details.
