To use the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for day-to-day business transactions, maintain accurate data, and support smooth business operations across various departments. Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain business transactions in the ERP system.

Work with ERP modules related to Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Stores, Production, Accounts, or other relevant departments.

Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, receipts, dispatches, and other business transactions.

Generate ERP reports and share relevant information with concerned departments.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry.

Verify transaction details and maintain data accuracy in the ERP system.

Follow company policies, procedures, and established data management practices.





Support day-to-day operational activities and assist in resolving basic ERP-related issues. Eligibility Criteria

Any Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

Prior exposure to ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or manufacturing ERP systems will be an advantage.

Basic understanding of business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Stores, or Production is desirable.

Valuable communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Preferred Candidates

Candidates with prior experience working on any ERP application.

Candidates who have worked in manufacturing or trading companies.

Freshers with basic computer skills and an interest in learning ERP applications.

Candidates who can maintain accurate records and coordinate effectively with different departments. Salary
