Position Summary:

To help drive this next chapter, we're seeking a talented and creative Senior Software Engineer to join our Salesforce Customer Experience Engineering organization. This role designs, develops, and supports Salesforce-based customer service solutions that power critical customer and field service experiences. You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions while advancing modernization and automation initiatives across the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development expertise, a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions, and a commitment to engineering excellence and continuous innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

SoftwareDevelopment:

- Design, develop, test, and support enterprise Salesforce applications and customer experience solutions.
- Build scalable and maintainable solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud technologies.
- Develop Lightning Web Components, Apex services, and platform integrations.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

Solution Delivery:

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support platform enhancements, application modernization efforts, and automation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to Agile planning, estimation, and delivery activities.

Platform Innovation:

- Support adoption of Salesforce AI and automation capabilities.




- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering excellence programs

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

- 4-6 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience developing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and application architecture.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience supporting customer service technology platforms

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering or equivalent
