Key Responsibilities:

- Process renewals on time
- Build and manage renewal quotes in CPQ: roll forward from prior year, apply price increases, validate contract terms
- Execute contract workflow: Ironclad setup, contract routing, and execution tracking
- Maintain Salesforce opportunity hygiene
- Own assigned repapering accounts
- Support CS requests and interact with customers when needed
- Flag escalations to the Senior Manager, Renewal Operations
- Maintain a working knowledge of Comply's products, contract terms, and customer segments to support accurate processing
- Participate in team training, process documentation,



and continuous improvement as the function builds toward an automation-first model

Required Experience / Skills

- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in renewals, revenue operations, order management, or a closely related role
- Strong attention to detail accuracy in contract data and opportunity processing is the core job
- Organized and process-driven comfortable working through high-volume, repeatable workflows with precision
- Clear written communication this role communicates internally, not with customers
- Ability to work independently and manage a queue of assigned accounts without close supervision
- SaaS workplace experience preferred; understanding of subscription billing, ARR, and contract terms is an advantage

Preferred Experience / Skills

- Salesforce and CPQ experience
- Familiarity with Ironclad or similar contract platforms
- Background in SaaS renewals or subscription operations
