Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management,
and employee lifecycle processes. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and support organizational development initiatives aligned with the company’s growth in IT and telecom services. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, coordinating training and development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and systems. The role also involves driving engagement activities, supporting diversity and inclusion efforts, and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
