Tamil-Speaking Session Coordinator (Tamil, Hindi & English) — RemoteNadiVedas is looking for a proactive and organised Session Coordinator to manage communication between our clients, astrologers (Gurujis), and internal coordination team.
Key Responsibilities• Call clients to confirm and coordinate their scheduled sessions.
• Communicate with astrologers/Gurujis regarding session availability and schedules.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure sessions begin and conclude smoothly.
• Follow up with clients and team members regarding delays, rescheduling, or other session-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of session updates.
• Resolve coordination issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure that clients receive a smooth and positive experience.

Requirements• Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English are required.




• Robust interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple people and manage schedules effectively.
• Responsible, organised, and proactive.
• Comfortable working remotely and making regular client calls.
• Previous experience in customer support, scheduling, operations, or coordination is preferred.

Job Details• Position: Session Coordinator
• Work arrangement: Remote
• Working days: Six days per week
• Fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Additional performance-based incentives
• Immediate availability is preferred
