Job Description

• Role: Enterprise IT - Director, APFM Digital Marketing

Configures, localizes and operates global MarTech platforms for segment-specific campaign execution and consumer engagement to meet the segment's commercial and marketing objectives

In This Role, You Will

• Translate segment B2B/B2C commercial and marketing priorities into technology requirements and delivery commitments
• Localize global MarTech capabilities for segment-specific needs (e.g., campaign workflows, compliance requirements, engagement tooling)
• Own segment digital marketing platform operations, ensuring availability, incident response, and service levels meet the segment's campaign calendar and commercial cadence
• Configure and operate global MarTech platforms provided by Consumer Growth Tech (e.g., web, social, mobile, loyalty) for segment-specific campaign execution and consumer engagement programs




• Represent segment-specific requirements to CGT Head of Digital Marketing Technology, ensuring the global platform roadmap accounts for segment use cases and local market constraints
• Develop segment digital marketing technology business cases, forecasting inputs, and adoption plans to inform CGT investment prioritization
• Govern segment-level data flows between MarTech platforms and segment consumer data sources, ensuring campaign targeting, measurement, and personalization inputs are accurate and compliant with local data privacy requirements and enterprise security and data protection protocols

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Experience deploying and operating digital marketing technology at segment or regional level within a CPG or consumer-facing organization
• Understanding of how global MarTech platforms are configured and operated at segment level to enable end-to-end
