Role Description The MBA Channel Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving enrollments and building robust relationships with channel partners for HCMX’s MBA programs. This role includes identifying, onboarding, and managing education consultants, corporate partners, and other recruitment channels,



while ensuring they are equipped with up-to-date program information and marketing collateral. The MBA Channel Manager will track performance metrics, manage leads, and coordinate outreach campaigns in collaboration with marketing and admissions teams. Day-to-day activities involve conducting partner meetings, organizing information sessions, resolving partner queries, and providing regular reporting and insights to leadership. The role also focuses on strengthening HCMX’s brand presence in key markets and ensuring a high-quality prospective learner experience through the channel network.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in channel management, partner relations, or business development within education, training, or related sectors.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and account management to support diverse channel partners.
• Proficiency in sales planning, pipeline management, and lead tracking, with comfort using CR
