Role Description The Customer Relations Executive is a full-time, in office role based in our Gurgaon office. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with customers, responding to inquiries,



and ensuring timely resolution of issues related to orders, deliveries, and product information. The Customer Relations Executive will maintain customer records, coordinate with internal teams such as sales, production, and logistics, and follow up on commitments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes handling customer feedback, preparing basic reports on service performance, and supporting key account management activities. The position requires a proactive, organized approach to building long-term relationships and representing the company professionally in all customer communications.
