Role Description The Research and Development Engineer will work full time on-site at the Rajkot facility, focusing on innovation and improvement of BESS products and related technologies. Responsibilities include conducting research on energy storage materials and systems,



designing and developing recent product concepts, and supporting prototyping and testing activities. The role involves analyzing performance data, optimizing designs for efficiency, safety, and reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, production, and quality. The engineer will document research findings, prepare technical reports, support compliance with relevant standards, and contribute to continuous enhancement of the company’s energy storage solutions.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate system performance, and solve technical problems.
• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D;) and Research related to energy storage technologies and power systems.
• Experience with Testing of electrical/electronic systems, components, and prototypes for reliability and safety.
• Hands-on experience in Product Development, including design, prototyping, and
