CTC – 20-25k in hand

A. Transportation Bill Verification & Processing
• Verify transporter freight bills against approved rate contracts, and agreed commercial terms.
• Check freight invoices against dispatch records, LR copies, PODs, e-way bills, and SAP shipment data.
• Detention charges
• Additional approved charges
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with transporters for corrections.
• Ensure availability of mandatory supporting documents before invoice processing.

B. Warehouse Billing Verification
• Verify monthly warehouse invoices as per approved commercial agreements.
• Validate:
• Storage charges
• Handling charges
• Inward activities
• Outward activities
• Cross-check invoice quantities with WMS/SAP reports and warehouse MIS.
• Review minimum guarantee calculations and monthly reconciliation statements.

C. Reconciliation & Controls
• Perform monthly reconciliation of:
• Freight expenses
• Warehouse expenses
• Pending POD cases

D. MIS & Reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering:
