Role Description The Regional Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving sales performance and market share within the assigned region, including planning and executing regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring the regional sales team, monitoring distributor and channel partner performance, and ensuring effective coverage across urban and rural markets.



The Regional Sales Manager will analyze sales data, forecast demand, manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support product availability and promotional activities. Regular field visits, relationship building with key accounts, and reporting on regional performance to senior leadership are integral to this position.
Qualifications

• Strong regional sales management experience in FMCG or related sectors, including channel development and territory expansion.
• Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and data-driven performance analysis for achieving revenue and growth targets.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse sales team, with solid people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
