Role OverviewWe are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team at Sector 132, Noida. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls and handle incoming property inquiries.
• Explain residential and commercial property projects to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment preferences.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain accurate customer records.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Handle customer queries and support lead conversion.
• Maintain lead details using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
Eligibility & Requirements• Minimum Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Positive interpersonal skills, confidence, and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and organizational skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in real estate telecalling, inside sales, or property sales.
