Stipend: ₹10,000–₹18,000/month + Performance Bonus
Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Flexibility: Option to work from home 1 day per week after completing the first month, subject to approval

The Prospect

This is not an internship where you simply copy-paste emails, collect random leads, or wait for instructions.
You’ll learn how to identify business opportunities, connect with founders and decision-makers, understand their challenges, and turn conversations into real business opportunities. You’ll get exposure to B2B sales,



international client acquisition, AI-powered prospecting, and the complete business development process. Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): High-performing interns will be eligible for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time position at Daphnis Labs upon successful completion of the 6-month internship, based on performance, skills, and overall contribution.

What You’ll Actually Do

1. Find the Right Businesses
* Research potential clients in India and international markets.
* Identify founders, CEOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers.
* Understand businesses, their challenges, and where Daphnis Labs can add value.
* Use LinkedIn, Google, AI research tools, and other prospecting platforms to discover opportunities.

2. Start Meaningful Conversations
* Reach out through cold emails, LinkedIn messages, calls, and professional networking.
* Write personalized messages instead of sending generic sales pitche
