Role Description
The Purchase Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dharmapuri, responsible for managing procurement activities across the group of institutions. This role involves processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders,



and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for academic and administrative operations. The Purchase Executive will regularly compare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, maintain accurate purchase records, and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock. The role also includes collaborating with school heads and administrative teams to understand requirements, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and contributing to cost-effective purchasing decisions.
