Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The role involves partnering with leadership to identify staffing needs, managing HR documentation and compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records. The Human Resources Manager will handle conflict resolution, support learning and development initiatives, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Daily activities also include coordinating payroll inputs with finance,



monitoring attendance and leave systems, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding, with the ability to manage full-cycle hiring processes.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution to support a healthy work workplace.
• Proficiency in HR operations, including HR documentation, policy implementation, and HRIS or HR software tools.
• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices relevant to the local and national context.
