Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, result-oriented Business Development Associates to join our growing team. You will engage prospective learners through outbound calling, understand their professional development needs, and guide them toward the right upskilling solutions across our EdTech brand portfolio.

Position Details

• Compensation: Up to ₹11 LPA (Up to ₹4.8 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹6.2 LPA Variable/Incentives)
• Location: Hinjawadi Phase 1, Pune — Work from Office
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Experience: 0-3 Years (Freshers Welcome)
• Work Days: 6 Days/Week — Thursday Off
• Work Hours: Mon to Sat - 12:15 PM to 9:30 PM | Sunday - 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM
• Education:



Graduate / Postgraduate — Any Discipline
• Laptop: Personal laptop mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce House of EdTech's course offerings.
• Understand learner needs and recommend the most suitable upskilling programs.
• Pitch courses.
• Build rapport with leads, follow up consistently, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach and improve lead conversion.
