About Nexera
Nexera is a growing engineering and technology group serving electrical contractors across the United States, with deep expertise in Electrical BIM/VDC for mission-critical and data center construction. We are expanding our marketing function and hiring a leader to take charge of how the brand communicates: the messaging and creative behind our lead generation, brand awareness, and recruitment campaigns.

About the Role
This role takes charge of communications and campaign strategy, with single-point accountability for what the brand communicates across advertising, social media, video, and recruitment content. You define what the campaigns are: the concept, the message, and the creative direction needed to deliver on expected goals.
We are looking for someone who can determine what campaigns to create, why they will work, how they should be executed, and how their success will be measured.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Creative Strategy
• Define what each campaign is: the concept, the message, and the creative approach,



across lead generation communications (copy and graphics), brand awareness, and the recruitment funnel
• Decide who each campaign must reach and ensure the creative speaks to that decision-maker, not a generic audience
• Translate strategy into explicit briefs for designers, copywriters, animators, and video editors, and plan how messaging and creative roll out across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, email, and other channels

Communications Ownership
• Own the messaging, voice, and standard for every outbound communication: ads, social posts, video, landing pages, and recruitment content
• Develop the offers, messaging, and calls to action behind lead generation campaigns, aligned with customer pain points
• Direct brand storytelling and industry content that builds credibility in the electrical construction industry
• Shape recruitment messaging that communicates culture, opportunity, and employee value to qualified candidates
