Must-Have Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of international customer support experience.
Mandatory experience in both International Voice Support and Chat/Messaging Support.
Basic awareness/experience with AI-powered tools, such as AI copilots, chatbots, or AI-based support tools.
Robust communication and multi-channel customer query handling skills.
Willingness to work in complete rotational shifts, including weekends.
Experience in FinTech, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Crypto is preferred.
Location- Hyderabad( 5 days working)
Notice period-0-2 weeks
