Sales Development Representative (SDR) | Remote | Part-Time
Meru Land Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support Triven.ai’s US sales operations.
This is a remote, part-time prospect for candidates with strong English communication skills, confidence in international cold calling, and the ability to engage professionally with US-based prospects.
Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Type: Part-Time | Remote

Location: Remote — Candidates must be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore only

Working Hours: 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday to Saturday

Compensation: ₹25,000/month + 12% Commission on Sales

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
About the Role
The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls to potential US customers, scheduling qualified demos, and supporting the overall sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential US customers.
Identify, generate, and qualify prospective leads.
Introduce Triven.ai’s products and solutions to prospects.




Understand customer requirements and identify relevant sales opportunities.
Schedule qualified product demos and sales meetings.
Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with prospects.
Handle initial customer objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Work closely with the Head of Sales to improve lead conversion.
Meet assigned calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
Provide regular updates on lead status and follow-up activities.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong confidence in US/international cold calling.
Previous experience in international sales or US cold calling is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle rejection and customer objections professionally.
Strong follow-up and lead-nurturing skills.
