About The Role

We are seeking a Duck Creek Technical Architect with 12–15 years of experience, specifically in Duck Creek Policy. The role requires robust expertise across Duck Creek components, .NET, integrations, cloud infrastructure, application performance, and SQL databases. The architect will focus on troubleshooting, performance optimization, integration analysis, and recommending solutions for cloud-based Duck Creek environments.

Job Description

The Technical Architect will work extensively with Duck Creek Policy, including Server, Express, Forms, Transact, databases, and integrations with external systems. Strong knowledge of Duck Creek platforms 804 and 806, including Express 2 and Express 3, is required.

The role involves analyzing Duck Creek requests, reviewing logs and execution timings, debugging application components, and identifying causes of performance issues. The architect will also evaluate integration workflows, cloud infrastructure,



and database performance to recommend improvements in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and support Duck Creek Policy solutions across different Duck Creek components.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Duck Creek integrations with external systems and services.
• Debug requests, logs, and execution timings to identify application performance issues.
• Troubleshoot Duck Creek Azure cloud infrastructure and recommend performance improvements.
• Analyze ODW usage and ODCH error logs for application and integration issues.
• Debug Duck Creek components and identify opportunities for application performance enhancement.
• Use SQL databases to investigate and troubleshoot application-related issues.
• Provide technical recommendations for resolving performance and scalability issues in cloud environments.
