- Reading and understanding the technical and commercial requirements of Tender/Enquiries
- Preparing Tender / Enquiry Synopsis
- Creating / Registering enquiries in SAP
- Co-ordinating with Design, Costing, Quality Teams for timely preparation of Bids / Quotations
- Timely offer submission to customers
- Interaction with Customer for technical queries etc.
- Post Order activities - Drawing/QAP approval from customer, advising Manufacturing Clearance to factory, co-ordination with factory for timely dispatches, issuing Dispatch Instruction to factory etc.
Technical:
- Understanding of Tendering Process

- Handling technical discussions, clarifications, and order-related coordination.
