Position: Shift Incharge - Production

Location: Bhilad - Vapi

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

Industries: Cosmetics

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities for cosmetic and personal care products such as creams, lotions, shampoos, soaps, and face washes.
- Manage batch preparation, raw material dispensing, mixing, heating, homogenization, and filling processes as per production requirements.
- Monitor production parameters to ensure product quality, consistency, and achievement of production targets.
- Handle manpower allocation and supervise operators during the assigned shift.
- Coordinate with the QC, QA, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain batch manufacturing records, production reports, and shift handover documentation.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.




- Identify process deviations, troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, material utilization, and prevention of product wastage.

Required Skills:

- Experience in cosmetic or personal care product manufacturing.
- Knowledge of mixing, homogenization, filling, and packaging processes.
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and batch manufacturing documentation.
- Positive manpower management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 9.00 LPA
